I like to go to many sources of news to stay updated. Here are a few of my favorites: the Chicago Tribune, the New York Times and CNN. For entertainment news, I like E! Online and Entertainment Weekly.

My name is Melissa, and I'm a senior at Southern Illinois University Carbondale majoring in journalism. While I am from California, I grew up in many places because my father was in the U.S. Air Force. Because of this, I have strong interest in travel and other cultures and languages. I also love movies.
